Lost and found office

Lost and found is kept in our lost and found office. We ask for your understanding that lost property can only be collected by prior appointment. We are welcome you to contact us about your lost items.

In order to find your lost property more quickly, please have the following information ready when you call or write it down in your e-mail to us:

  • Details of the place and time of loss
  • Exact description of the item (brand, material, color, clothing size, imprint, engravings, photos, etc.)
  • For mobile devices: Manufacturer, model, IMEI number of the device and/or number of the SIM card (see purchase documents)

On-site collection is free of charge by appointment. They can also be sent to you for the shipping costs (insured shipping). Please note that a handling fee of 15.- euro incl. VAT will be charged. Collection by a third party is possible with ID and authorization.

  • Lost property is generally disposed of after the statutory retention period of 6 months has expired.
