You can obtain your personal VIP-Chip  from the sales desk in the Caracalla Spa and Friedrichsbad.

With the VIP-Chip you can make cashless payments in all CARASANA Bäderbetriebe GmbH facilities - the amount is offset directly against the credit on the chip.

  • Please note that the discount applies to the admission prices of our thermal baths and not to other services.
  • There is no entitlement to a payout of the remaining credit. Remaining credit of less than 5.- euro will be paid out as a gesture of goodwill.
